GENERAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, our macarons should be refrigerated and consumed within 5-7 days of delivery, or they can be frozen upon arrival for up to 2 months. Our macarons are best served at room temperature. If you will be storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 10 minutes to reach room temperature or 30 minutes if coming from the freezer.

Our Cookies and the Mookie™ can be kept at room temperature or refrigerator up to 5 days, or they can be frozen up to 3 months. For best results, place Black & White cookies in the fridge to set for 15 minutes before removing wrapper. For best Mookie results, place in microwave for 15 seconds before enjoying.

CAN I FREEZE MY MACARONS, THE MOOKIE™, AND COOKIES FOR A LATER DATE?

Yes. Dana's Bakery macarons can be frozen for up to 2 months when kept in its original packaging. Cookies and the Mookie™ can be frozen up to 3 months.

HOW BIG ARE DANA'S BAKERY MACARONS, THE MOOKIE™, AND COOKIES?

  • Dana's Bakery products are made by hand and vary in size. Weights vary per flavor.
  • Macarons are approximately between 1.75" - 2" in diameter per macaron. The weight of our macarons is approximately 0.75 oz. 
  • Black and White Cookies are approximately 3" wide and 3 oz. 
  • The Mookie™ are approximately 3" wide and 3.2 oz. 

HOW MANY MACARONS, THE MOOKIE™, AND COOKIES SHOULD I ORDER? 

When serving Dana's Bakery Macarons for events and special occasions, we recommend 2-3 macarons per person. For Cookies & the Mookie™ we recommend 1 per person.

WHAT FLAVORS DOES DANA'S BAKERY CARRY? 

We have 14 original Macaron flavors and always offer a macaron flavor of the month. We have 4 original Mookie flavors and also always offer a flavor of the month.  You can view our entire catalogue of Macaron and Mookie™ flavors here.

We offer Black and White cookies and Vegan & Dairy free in various flavors. You can view our entire catalogue of Cookie flavors here.

CAN DANA'S BAKERY CUSTOMIZE MY MACARONS, COOKIES, AND MOOKIE™?

Yes, we love to think outside the box! We can create custom colors, flavors, and apply personalized designs on our macarons. We are also able to create custom Cookies and the Mookie™. Please see our Special Orders page or call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-477-1816 for more information.

DO DANA'S BAKERY PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

All of Dana's Bakery Macarons and the Mookie™ are made with almond flour and some contain nuts. Black and White Cookies and Vegan Cookies are not made with nuts, however some flavors may have nut inclusions. Nuts are not part of every recipe but trace amounts of nuts or nut oils can be in any of our products. We recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products. All products are made in a facility with nuts. 

DO DANA'S BAKERY PRODUCTS CONTAIN DAIRY? 

Yes. Most of the fillings found in our Macaron, Mookie™, and Black and White Cookie flavors contain cream or butter, except for the Jelly Donut macaron. The Jelly Donut macaron is dairy-free (made with egg whites).

HOW ARE DANA'S BAKERY PRODUCTS PACKAGED? 

All of our products are packaged in custom made Dana's Bakery branded packaging. Our macarons are packaged in custom clamshell boxes to keep them safe in shipment. Cookies and the Mookie™ are individually wrapped in clear plastic and then placed in Dana's Bakery branded boxes. WHERE ARE DANA'S BAKERY PRODUCTS BAKED? 

Our products are baked at Dana's Bakery HQ located at 69 Wesley Street, Suite 2, South Hackensack, New Jersey 07606.

IS DANA'S BAKERY KOSHER CERTIFIED? 

Dana's Bakery is not certified Kosher, however, many of our ingredients are Kosher.

DANA'S BAKERY MERCH: 

Dana's Bakery is proud to offer a line of non-perishable goods including our Cookbook, clothing, knives, food coloring and more. All non-perishable goods are final sale and cannot be returned. When purchasing Dana's Bakery clothing, please make sure to refer to the sizing charts of each individual piece to assure proper sizing prior to your order. 

DELIVERY, PICK UP,  AND NATIONWIDE SHIPPING:

There are two ways to get your Dana's Bakery Macarons:

  • Pick-Up - New Jersey: Dana's Bakery is now offering Pickup @ HQ in South Hackensack, NJ Monday through Thursday 10 AM - 4 PM. Please place your order online and reach out to info@danasbakery.com to schedule your pick up. Pick up dates are scheduled based on availability. A shipping refund will be issued once your pick up date has been scheduled.

  • Nationwide Shipping: You can order cookies to be shipped anywhere UPS delivers in the continental United States. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

 

DANA'S BAKERY REWARDS PROGRAM

Dana's Bakery is excited to offer a rewards program for our customers. Points expire one calendar year from when they are earned. Points can be turned into discount coupons that never expire. For any questions or inquiries regarding our rewards program, please contact info@danasbakery.com.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

All orders over $200 are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. 

DANA'S BAKERY SUBSCRIPTION CLUB

Every month, Members of the Dana's Bakery Subscription Club will receive a different Dana's Bakery product, including Black and Whites the Mookie™, or Cookies; including Subscription Exclusive products! Subscriptions are available for durations of 3, 6, and 12 months. More information on what is available each month is located on our Subscription purchase pages.

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

3, 6, and 12 Month Subscriptions require payment in full when the order is submitted and are not eligible for refunds. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
The cost of nationwide shipping is provided directly from UPS, or, for our friends outside of New York City, we offer a flat rate.


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY FIRST SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENT? 

We know you want your macarons as soon as possible, so we try to ship your first subscription order on the next available shipping day. It will take 1-2 days to arrive, once shipped. Subsequent orders are then shipped on the first shipping date closest to the original order date. You will receive a confirmation email for each subscription shipment so you know when you can expect your package. WHAT'S INSIDE MY FIRST SUBSCRIPTION BOX? 
The first box of your Dana's Bakery Subscription Club order is shipped with a welcome card explaining the subscription flavors and upcoming months. Gift orders can be shipped with a handwritten note for the first order. You can enter this information during checkout.

 

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed for a subscription, we are unable to cancel if the first shipment has processed. 3, 6, and 12 Month subscriptions are absolutely non-refundable.
