Learn How to Make Macarons

Owner and Pastry Chef Dana Loia will guide you through the history of the macaron and the process of making your own batch of French Macarons (in fun American flavors).

Classes Include

  • 2.5 Hours preparation and baking. A real hands on session!
  • Theory of the Macaron
  • Participants receive a free Dana's Bakery Macaron Making Kit, Mac Mat and apron.
  • Packet of original recipes
  • Each participant will make her/his own 36 macarons!

Price for the Class

$110 per person, 12-14 people per class.

Refund Policy

A 100% refund, less a $20 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise, unless the class is canceled by Dana's Bakery. In this event, 100% of the class cost and fees will be refunded.
