Terms of Service

Because of the fragile nature of macarons, some breakage of the cookie may occur during transport but will not affect the taste and quality of our product. 

A confirmation invoice will be e-mailed separately and not included with your delivery.

Cancellation of any order will only be accepted 2 business days before scheduled delivery. (Weekends not included).

When ordering quantities greater than 200 macarons please place your order at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date, otherwise rush fees may be incurred. 

Orders completed after 3:00 P.M. are not eligible for Next Day delivery. 

We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

There are no returns or exchanges.

If an order is problematic it must be reported within 2 days of when the package was received. Circumstance pending: Dana's Bakery will issue a credit or re-order.
